In early 2014 we were approached by our client for an addition and renovation of their 2,400sqft historic Los Gatos home that was originally built in 1896. The client really wanted a traditional craftsman elevation that fit within their Los Gatos neighborhood and stayed true to the historic nature of the house and the Down Town Los Gatos feel. The inside of the house however was brought to live with beautiful modern and glamorous touches throughout.
