Paul and Latala Homes are awesome! Just finished a 200 square foot den to bathroom conversion & Paul and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Paul really takes pride in his work and anytime I contacted him about something that I was concerned about he would take care of it right away. He was always available via email/text/phone and never seemed annoyed by my millions of questions.. which I'm sure was difficult :) His quote was in the upper middle range of the bids I got but he actually came in under his estimate (which i think is very rare when it comes to remodels). We chose him because we felt really comfortable with him and he wasn't pushy at all. I would say 95% of the work was completed on-time .. .just small things like fixing some paint patches, putting up light fixtures, etc took a little extra time to get perfect. Oh also he was very careful about not letting our dogs get out! I think they will actually miss his afternoon visits
